SUPER STRUCTURE
The main brick will be of 9” thick in C.M. 1:6 All other internal partition wall will be of 41/2” thick in C.M.
MASONRY WORK
Basement height ‘3’3” height above natural ground level with pit sand filling. P.C.C. will be grade 1:4:8
FLOOORING
Living / dining, all bedroom & kitchen 1st quality 24” * 24” vitrified with 4” skirting. 1:6 with cement slurry.
REINFORCEMENT WORK
The total building will be by RC.C framed structured (reinforcement as per structural drawing)
Footing, plinth beam, column lintel and roof slab as per structural drawing.
R.C.C will be grade M20 1:1.5:3 footing, plinth beam, column lintel and roof slab.
Roof height 10’0” above basement including slab thickness [slab thickness and steel reinforcement as per drawing]
CARPENTRY
Main door of 3’6” * 7’0” size African teak 1st quality wood frame of 5”* 3” size with 32mm solid African teak wood door.
Bedroom doors of 3”0” * 7”0” African teak 2nd quality of 4” *3” size frame with factory made skin door of 32mm thick frame with flush door and door is not provided in the kitchen.
LOFT & CUPBOARD
LOFT, each bedroom and kitchen will be provided with one loft at one side of the room with 3” masonry work without stutters for covering.
CUPBOARD: each bedroom and kitchen 4’0” long 7’0” ht with 3 Cudahy slabs as horizontal partition without
ELECTRICAL
Concealed wring with caper wires, ploy cap / orbit / equal brand confirming to ISI specification, Necessary safety measures will be taken. ANCHOR/ ROMA/ MK/ Equal switches with metal box will be used, provision for 3 phase connection is provided in the Ground floor with main switch, of ISI STANDARD Brand, and MCB of STANDARD Brand are provided.
